“My City” was a series by Square that featured chef Roy Choi visiting small business owners in Los Angeles. I worked with Even/Odd to design and animate playful and vibrant graphics for season 1 of the series. Click here to view the series.
“My City” Logo
For the design and animation of the series logo, the goal was to have a general “My City” logo that could work for different U.S. cities, and then be customized with city-specific elements. For LA, palm trees were added to the logo used in the videos.
LA Neighborhood Maps
I designed and animated maps for the 3 neighborhoods visited in the series, and then illustrated landmarks for each of those neighborhoods.
