This was the 2nd assignment completed as part of the Mograph Mentor course Classical Animation Workflow & Techniques, taught by Henrique Barone.

The the initial part of this project focused on planning the shot with thumbnails and charts and adjusting the timing and spacing of the keyframe drawings.

Next, came the focus on drawing breakdown and in-betweens, and then final cleanup.

As involved as the process of frame by frame animation is in comparison to animating in After Effects, it’s so fun to see the drawings come to life after each stage in the process!
